U.S. Immigrant & Non-Immigrant Visas

Applying for a visa can be a very intimidating and exhausting process. Consult with us to understand exactly what you need to make this process easier for you and/or your loved ones

The reason for your intended travel and other factors will determine what type of visa is required according to U.S. immigration law. As a visa applicant, you need to establish that you meet all requirements to receive the category of visa for which you are applying. When you apply at a U.S Embassy or Consulate, a consular officer or immigration officer will determine, based on laws, whether you are eligible to receive a visa.
